Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or website form).
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be specified in your quote.
  • The remaining balance is payable on the day of the move unless agreed otherwise.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other methods as specified.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding addresses, inventory, and access.
  • Ensure all items are packed securely unless packing is part of the service.
  • Ensure parking permits or access are arranged (if required).
  • Be present or provide a responsible person at both collection and delivery points.

FastVanRemoval is not liable for delays or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Delays and Waiting Time

  • Your quotation includes a specific amount of time for the move.
  • Additional charges may apply if there are unforeseen delays beyond our control (e.g. waiting for keys, blocked access, etc.).
